As aQuality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role inensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsiblefor developing and implementing quality control processes, conductinginspections and tests, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.Your expertise in quality engineering will contribute to the success of ourorganization and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report directly toour Sr. Quality Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MNlocation onsite. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability ofour products by implementing effective quality control processes and drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that our products meetthe highest standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product quality
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and non-conformities
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
  • Site training coordinator, ESD and FOD Focal
  • Support Factory operations to adhere to quality metrics and standards
  • Interact with design agency and/or supplier counterparts to resolve moderate to complex design, development, production and acceptance issues
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Additional duties as required

Salary Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,600-88,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years' experience in quality engineering or a related engineering role
  • 2+ years' experience process changes and continuous improvement
  • 2+ years' experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong thought skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
