Schedule: Embrace a 4-day workweek with traditional primary care hours, free from weekend or inpatient rounding, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Supportive Environment: Benefit from a 1:1 medical assistant to physician ratio, an on-site behavioral health department, and streamlined operations with on-site labs, imaging, and pharmacy services.
Focus on Patient Care: See approximately 20 patients daily with dedicated support staff, allowing you to prioritize patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive guaranteed base salary of $225,000 with production bonuses and a 2-year contract.
