Several years ago, Walton Management Services, a leading provider of employment tax credits sought to disrupt its industry by developing a leading-edge technology platform that could scale with ease and crunch through large volumes of complex data from multiple sources.
Developing such a system required the talent and expertise of some of the most innovative minds in the industry, backed and led by Walton’s executive leaders. Shortly after launching an all-new technology platform called ForeSite, Walton’s business was transformed entirely by digitizing its operations which yielded unprecedented operational efficiencies, streamlining its client service and user experience and achieving an exponential growth. To the extent, that in 2015, our platform was recognized as one of the Top 10 emerging technologies by the American Staffing Association.
At Quentelle, our “about us” is really “about you.” We exist to help businesses just like yours with proven human resources solutions that are powered by industry-leading technology.
Our company was born out of a need for a turnkey, easy-to-use, human resources suite, and not too long ago, that simply didn’t exist.
Our passion is technology and innovation, and it’s been a long road of change and disruption in the industry that has gotten us where we are today. Once upon a time, Walton Management Services, a leading provider of tax credits and incentives, was in need to do something completely revolutionary and innovative. As a leader in their space, they identified the sheer number of businesses that weren’t seizing the opportunities they deserved because of a lack of technology. They sought to develop a system that would allow companies everywhere to have access to a fully automated tax credit solution. This was a daunting task that would require a talented team who pushed the boundaries of technology and what was possible in the industry. This team was assembled-- and was made up of Walton’s executive team and the people that would eventually become Quentelle. The team was successful in its goal to revolutionize the industry, and what they built was the very first version of the ForeSite platform that Quentelle uses to this day.
