Perceptive Polygraph is owned and operated by Chief Examiner Frank Watler. He is fully accredited and certified by the American Polygraph Association (APA). He is a certified polygraph examiner of the California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE #172); a certified forensic law enforcement polygraph examiner of the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP #5055), and is an APA approved PCSOT polygraph examiner. He is a full member of the APA, CAPE, the AAPP, and the National Polygraph Association (NPA).
Examiner Watler is a California licensed Private Investigator, license # PI 28007. He is also an honorably retired Supervising DA Investigator, and a former Marine Corps Officer.
