Residential:

JB Builders, LLC started building homes in 2012, but the experience in construction comes from way before that. The owners of the company started their first construction enterprise in 1999, framing houses for many of the national builders in the region. The framing business took off fairly quick and by 2006 the company was framing over 400 houses per year.

In 2011, after completing many additions and renovations projects, the dream of starting a home building company was very close and became a reality early 2012. The company started with a couple spec houses in Georgetown, De.

Since then, JB Builders has built many homes each year from 1,600sf to the biggest project so far, a 16,000sf in Hebron, MD.

Commercial:
In 2019, JB Builders partnered up with Delmarva Renovations, a company started in Salisbury, MD with it's primary focus on commercial projects.
Since then the company also specialized in Hotel renovations and mid-sized commercial buildings construction.
