I went to Convention and realized, even though I was in a small market territory, I was as good as everyone else across the country. People in the community started to look up to me. I became responsible for helping protect families and providing jobs. What a great feeling! I was 'all in' so to say," Mathew says about the moment he knew he'd made the right career choice with AIL.
Mathew knows he's gotten to work with some great people and knows the best part of his career has been making others successful.
"I can relate to the entry level guy and show him a path to the top," Mathew says.
