Helping people through difficult times has always been important to Kevin Holtz. Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2007, Kevin attended the Parma School of Nursing's two-year program in Brecksville, Ohio, earning his degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. But when Kevin realized AIL offered him the ability to help people while earning a great living, he was ready to shift gears.
"Some of my greatest accomplishments with American Income Life," says Kevin, "are training the #1 Supervising Agent in the Company in 2012, helping others to achieve their goals, and the pride I feel as a General Agent walking across the stage at Convention."
What would Kevin change if he could restart his AIL career? "I would focus more on leadership early on," says Kevin. "The leadership is in place to train you on everything you need to be successful in this career," he emphasizes.
