Owner Carmen Villagran has over 20 years of experience working in the beauty salon industry. She opened her hair salon in 2007 after having worked at an up-scale Salon-Regis Salon, in Tanforan Mall. Since then, her business has expanded into a full-service salon. The inspiration for the name Dreams came from her aspiration to one day own her own business, and this she has successfully accomplished.
