The Rochester Dinosaur Bar-B-Que opened in 1998; this is the second Dinosaur Bar-B-Que location, located in the heart of Rochester, overlooking the picturesque Genesee River in the heart of Rochester in the former Lehigh Valley Railroad Station, built in 1905.

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que was named the country's Number One BBQ on Good Morning America and has been featured on various Food Network and Travel Channel shows. Our BBQ and sauces are nationally acclaimed and have also won honors in several publications such as Men's & Women's Health Magazines.
