Crestwood Apartments

Crestwood apartments are located in Washington DC, in this quiet, tucked-away residential neighborhood which was originally a 300-acre rural estate purchased in 1720. In the early 20th century, the estate was divided into spacious single-family lots. This quiet enclave is almost completely surrounded by Rock Creek Park with its miles of scenic trails. The park, which is the nation's third oldest National Park, is home to white-tailed deer, foxes, raccoons, coyotes, and birds galore. It's not at all unusual to see deer or other wildlife strolling through the neighborhood or browsing the lush greenery!

Crestwood is a strictly residential area with no commercial zones. It also has very little through-traffic, which helps create its distinctly quiet ambiance. The neighborhood is home to an eclectic variety of architectural styles, including large Tudors, brick Colonials, quaint row houses, a few ranch-style homes, and (of course!) our beautiful six-story apartment building.
