Welcome to Cosens Martial Arts, founded in 2009 by owner Charlie Cosens. Our students are exposed to a diverse array of martial arts that are practical and relevant to real-life situations, including Muay Thai Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Western Style Boxing, Krav Maga, Karate, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and Judo.
