Bay Financial was from its inception a franchisee of the Cash Plus franchise group, a financial services/cash advance & check cashing company based in Baltimore, MD. Though ownership of the business was always "local" the Cash Plus name didn't necessarily reflect it. Given that fact, it was more appropriate we name the company something to reflect that "local" nature hence the name Bay Financial.
When you come into our beautiful store you can't help but notice all the references to Baltimore, the State of MD, and the Chesapeake Bay. We are very proud of our Maryland roots.
